Antistatic Masterbatch

Antistatic masterbatch is a plastic particle with significant antistatic effect made by mixing, extruding and processing with resin as the base material and adding a certain proportion of antistatic agent (one or more). Plastic materials are insulating materials under normal circumstances, its surface resistivity of 10^12Ω or more,after adding our company's production of antistatic masterbatch HC-100A, its surface resistance can be reduced to10^7-10^11Ω.The mechanism is the anti-static masterbatch HC-100A inside the water-absorbing groups,rapid absorption of water vapor in the air,uniformly adsorbed on the surface of the plastic products,forming a thin layer of conductive channels,the plastic surface of the charge ion conduction to the air,so that the plastic products have a good anti-static effect.This product meets  the EU SGS environmental standards.
